• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
• Poland: 3–7 business days.
• European Union: 5–10 business days.
• Other countries: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
